Peter Jordan Certificate 3 and 4 Personal Training Qualification and Fitness Australia Registered, Senior First Aid and CPR, Chek Exercise Coach
"Growing up in Cape Patterson just off Phillip Island I was always active, surfing and participating in other outdoor sports. As I became older I developed a strong love of skiing and snow boarding which indirectly, through a serious back injury, led me to my journey down the corrective exercise and postural training path. I am a passionate believer that a strong core and functional strength will lead to greater performance and less injuries. ". Peter has now been in the health and fitness industry for a number of years and through not only training his individual clients but through his own journey back from injury he has found the crucial role corrective exercise plays and the importance it should be for any athlete or active sports person. A strong core and postural strength awareness is crucial for all sports from beginner to elite level. “Don’t focus on what you don’t want. Focus on what you do want!”
